My first take on building my own sensor for presence detection in our rooms. All cases I tried either didn't fit the board or weren't able to house the sensors. So I designed one myself. It fits the AZDelivery ESP32 NodeMCU (ESP32-WROOM-32) board flashed with ESPresense, a DHT22 sensor and a HC-SR501 PIR sensor.
I soldered both sensors to the board with around 4-5 cm of cable, then clipped both senors in the top part, slid the board upside down in the bottom part (usb side first). It should snap right into place. Then clip in the top part. No need for glue or screws.
It features a hex grid for air flow. No support needed for printing.
>>UPDATE<<
Better fit for the lid. Added some roundness to it. And uploaded a version without the PIR sensor.
