5 one way bearings (CSK8PPT type, 8x22x9mm backstop cluch - cost $ 1.85 x 5) - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33040222926.html
print 10 body
print 5 tyres for the bearing
5mm width rubber band (to put on the tyre for grip). You can cut and staple to desired length or it can be glued
10 M3 screws
PTFE tube
