I've been grocery shopping at Aldi quite a bit lately. Since it's 2023, I almost never have cash, and it is even less common that I have coins. After an unfortunate shopping trip where I was limited to buying only what I could carry in arms, I decided to do something about it.
There are a few different models that are simply a plastic token that you can attach to your keys and use at Aldi to release a cart; but with those solutions, your keys are attached to the cart. It's not uncommon for me to leave the store with a different cart than I entered with, because of the way they do things. With this model, you can pop the quarter in and out, and keep your keys safely in your pocket.
The example in the photos was printed with Sain Smart TPU, at 250 / 240 degrees, on a 50 degree bed, with a piece of glass as the build surface that had some glue on it. I printed 0.28mm layers, with a top speed of 20mm/s. No supports were needed.
