F1 Tires - Large Pencil/Pen Holder

I wanted a larger pencil holder based on this design but when I scaled it up, it would be too tall. So I cut off one of the tires, made it larger, and added a base so you can print it without additional stands. 

Optionally, I include riser.stl, which will add a spacer inside the pencil holder, this will effectively raise its contents by 30mm, in case you want your pencils to stick out the top more.
