This is a frame for mounting the Inland 3.5 Inch TFT LCD Touch Screen Monitor on a Raspberry Pi 3b or 4 using an “Armor” style case such as this or this (there are lots of generic ones on eBay/Aliexpress as well). It also covers the GPIO pins that the Armor case leaves exposed.

The frame has rails that the tabs on the screen slide into (the tabs seem to be unique to the Inland screen, which I why other 3.5" LCD mounts don't work), and then it snaps onto the armor case. There's a wall that fits between the USB ports and the case to prevent it from sliding off. The case acts as a heatsink, keeping the Pi cool without fans, which is why it's used instead of an all-printed case (my temps dropped by 30°C compared to a plastic case and 20°C compared to running the Pi without a case).

The stylus that comes with the screen fits into the slot but sticks out an inch or so to make it easier to grab. One of the styluses I had had some plastic flashing that made it a snug fit, but lightly sanding down the stylus took care of it.

I've only tested it with a Pi 3b in the case, so it's possible that some of the components on a Raspberry Pi 4 might interfere. I printed this vertically to make sure that the rails were smooth and didn't have weird overhangs, but I had problems with the model warping and lifting off the build plate, so I'd recommend either using large rafts or printing horizontally if you don't have a heated chamber. When printed vertically you should only need supports on the wall that goes between the case and the USB ports.
