This model would look great with wood or marble filament, I used gold metallic for mine because that's my apartment's current accent color. Printed at .25 layer height because I was worried the print would fail and I'm impatient \_(ツ)_/
This is a work in progress and my first attempt at designing a model - see progress on known issues at end of description (and feel free to contribute by uploading user files, I will gratefully credit you!)
The main pieces to this print are the shelf and the decorative body. The other pieces are more or less optional. Slowing down your printer helps immensely with the more detailed pieces.
It is imperative to manually turn down the speed on your print for the decorative body due to the details. I would recommend supervising your print for the first layer and fine tuning the settings live. I ended up having to increase print flow rate and fan, cut speed, and slightly modify the z-axis. Additionally, after the print was done, I set the printer to preheat and left it on for 30 minutes so any stray extrusions on the tree branches would melt back in. I used triangular infill at 15% and it held up well.
For the shelf, print on the blank side parallel to the side with the keyhole mounts, enable snug supports and brim.
Before assembly, you will also need to seal the decorative portion to prevent breaking the tree branch filigree. I used flex seal because I prefer spray sealant and I already had it, but you can stick with resin or your sealant of choice. I would also recommend super glue in case the connectors fail to print cleanly. Also, grab something pointy to clean off any stubborn support material.
The print can be scaled if you have a bigger printer (which I would have loved to do myself as I think it would actually print much nicer on a larger scale, but I haven't figured out a way to do that on my mini quite yet). Make sure to remove and replace the wall mounting part when resizing (I used this one: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/fgxgCdyciRy-keyhole-mount ). Also, make sure to scale each piece to the same percentage.
