Silent 3D Printer Feet - Squash ball corner feet for 3030 frames

This is a 3D Printer Squash ball corner feet for 3030 frames. The squash ball fits fully into the feet and don't need to be cut in half as in other designs. It can be secured with a bit of glue if required. I highly recommend ABS or ASA as material. The 3mf file contains of a complete set of 4 feets for a 3D Printer/CNC but you can print only one of course. The feet have holes for M6 screws to be attached on the 3030 profile.

I used the following slicer settings:
Layer Height: 0.3mm
Wall Loops: 3
Top Shell Layer: 4
Bottom Shell Layer: 4
Infill: 15% Gyroid

Dies ist ein 3D Drucker Squashball-Eckfuß für 3030er Rahmen. Der Squashball passt vollständig in die Füße und muss nicht wie bei anderen Designs in der Mitte durchgeschnitten werden. Er kann bei Bedarf mit ein wenig Kleber befestigt werden. Ich empfehle ABS oder ASA als Material. Die 3mf-Datei enthält einen kompletten Satz von 4 Füßen für einen 3D-Drucker/CNC, aber man kann natürlich auch nur einen drucken. Die Füße haben Löcher für M6-Schrauben zur Befestigung am Profil 3030.

Schichthöhe: 0.3mm
Wand-Schleifen: 3
Obere Schalenschicht: 4
Untere Schalenlage: 4
Füllung: 15% Gyroid
