This is a stencil created to put the Biological hazard symbol onto your coffee or hot chocolate.

Description
PDFI created this stencil a while ago (a few months after everybody was in lockdown due to the corona virus) to put the symbol onto coffee or hot choclate with some cocoa powder.
It looks the best if you go close to the top and use a sieve to gently sprinkle the powder over your drink.
