Razer Nari Ultimate is a pretty cool headset with force feedback, but build quality of the plastic holding the cup is very flimsy and they break easily.
Here is a replacement part that is easy to make and is super solid. It prints without support and no gluing is required to assemble.
I used two M3 nuts and bolts for the bracket and one M4 bolt and square nut to hold the cup. Small woodscrews to hold pin covers (or M2 bolt). You can snip end of woodscrews if they are too long.
