Lego part 6331723

I was missing this part, and although you can buy it, why not make it! Use FreeCAD.

I measured one I had with calipers, printed it in PLA 0.15 quality and found the sizes didn't match. So I increased the tight sizes (i.e. now stuff fits, but the sizes of the model don't match the original)

Supports not needed in my experience.
