Taller Display Mount for Raspberry Pi 7 inch touchscreen case for MK3 MMU2

This is a modified version of the display mount file found in Mxchxl's original case. You will use all of the other original files and the same size screws will work. Overall, the display will sit 15mm higher which provided enough z height clearance for my modified extruder not to collide with the display.
