Modeled and printed this back in the summer of 2022. Sadly, the battery have already degraded significantly when I finished modeling & printing this but I still see value in this model I made.

Remix it on Onshape:

Materials:

  • x1 60mmx105mm Li-Po or “Pouch” Battery
  • x1 IP5328P Battery Charger Circuit Board (https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2255800029749260.html)
  • x2 M2x8mm Countersink Screws (To close the case)
  • x4 M2.5x4mm Countersink Screws (To secure the PCB)
  • x4 Wires (I used 22AWG/Gauge)
  • A matching pair of JST-XH Connectors

Behind the scenes stuff:

I had planned to place the PCB above the battery increasing the thickness while cutting down on the length and integrate a place for an wireless charger but that's too much ask for my current CAD skill.
