Here's my version of a camera arm following the z-axis on a CR10S Pro (v2). The screws of the belt tensioner on the x-axis can be used with no replacement, by still having enough clearance for the nozzle to move it's full way. This is especially important if you're using BLTouch with TinyMachines' FW as the nozzle moves the full way out to X=315.

It's designed to fit a "wansview webcam 1080p". The inner size of the housing is 40mm x 18.2mm and is tilted by 10° to be focused to the middle of the bed. Just screw it to the axis, shift in the camera and you're good to go.

Use tree supports for faster print, less material usage and cleaner print.
I printed having it layed down on the housing with supports underneath the bracket which is screwed to the printer to achieve a smoother surface of the the housing.
