HEPA / activated carbon filter holder for Flsun V400 enclosure (updated)

Can be used with any fitting enclosure by making the necessary holes, but is made to fit in this enclosure:

I have adjusted Amazon62's top plates in the following remix to make holes for the air to get out and to attach the filter holder.

These plates are not included with this model, and must be downloaded separately.

The filter holder uses replacement filters from Qlima A45 (https://www.qlima.com/assortment/accessories/active-carbon-hepa-filter-qlima-a45-1-set-=-4-pcs/)

An 80mm fan fits the holes. The fan cover is made for a standard 25mm thick fan. The fan cover is not strictly needed for function, only for looks. There is room for a thicker fan.

Four M3x35 are needed for the fan (if 25mm thick).

Changing from re-circulation to exhaust can be done by moving the plugs from the external to the internal holes.

The bottom part of the holder comes in two versions, where one has a pocket for the bed leveling sensor.

The two parts that are required be printed multiple times are tagged with how many is needed in the names. 

No supports should be needed for any of the parts, except for the plug, where the middle part may need supports from the build platform.

The fan should have a fan cover to avoid filament loops getting into the fans when the tool head rises after a print.

Printing the new fan cover requires a good first layer and slow speed for the first couple of layers, as the mesh has parts that are only 3mm wide.

To mount a buck converter / 24v to 12v step down converter, the following PCB connector can be used:

The Qlima filter measures 10x22x3.1cm. It has a foam edge that makes the sides fairly airtight. To fit an alternate filter, a simple frame could be printed to fill the space between the filter box and a smaller filter. Alternatively, the filter box could be adjusted to make it fit.
