I have a Begode EX20S suspension unicycle, and found that I wasn't really able to use the upper stock power pads very well, as the 'gap' between the front and rear pads is quite large so I found I wasn't even moving my leg back far enough to hit the back pads under braking. (Note that the EX20 has upper and lower sets of pads - these are just the upper pads so they don't give much support to the top of your foot - the lower pads on the EX20 do that). Plus, they were already getting slightly chewed up from dropping the wheel on trails. I like the look of them though - the shape seems to suit the wheel, and they're quite comfortable. So, I copied the basic shape in Fusion 360 and printed seperate front and rear pads from TPU, which is just as squishy but a little more durable than the stock pads. I did have to make a fairing to attach them to, but now they're much more customizable (fore/aft and height, independently for both front and rear pads). They seem very comfortable for both acceleration and braking.

I printed these from TPU, with a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.32mm layer height. I found that 3 walls with 3 bottom/top layers, and about a 15% infill gave a robust pad that would take lots of abuse but still be nice and ‘squishy’. Print time was in the neighbourhood of 9 hours for each front pad, and 6 hours for each rear pad, on my Ender 5 Plus. You can do a filament change at different layers if you want to add a bit of colour, like I did.

There's no reason these wouldn't work on any other EUC, so long as you have something to secure them to with velcro. Note that there are 4mm deep ‘holes’ in the back. This is because I had to make fairings to secure them to the EX20S, and the fairings are bolted to the EUC frame. The holes in the pads accomodate the bolt heads and still give quite a bit of adjustment room. If you'd like me to upload a set without these holes (or with them moved, resized etc.,) just let me know.
