This simple tool makes it a bit easier to remove the plugs from the hotend without damaging any wiring, or putting undue strain on the printhead.
The tool is used as follows. :-
Heater: slide it over the plug and pull.
Fan: push it over the ridge. I put the lower edge over first then the top edge. It will click over then pull.
Thermistor: slide over the connector with the arms top and bottom, pull with a slight upward force on the tool so it grabs the bottom edge, which is also a release catch. It should come out very easily.
It's not perfect as the tool is so small it is almost beyond the detail required with a .4mm nozzle. It would probably print really nicely on a 0.2mm nozzle.
