Lithobox Lamp (Modular, LED, USB powered)

Bill of materials:

• 5 lithophanes (81mm square, 2mm depth, 2mm border). See the https://3dp.rocks/lithophane/, attached OpenSCAD file, or https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:229961.
• Printed lithobox parts (6).
• High power LED with star shaped heatsink (http://www.adafruit.com/products/518, https://www.sparkfun.com/products/13104, http://a.co/dV4QIB7). Really any bright (~1 watt) LED will do, but it's important that it has a 'wide' beam pattern so that it lights all the lithophanes evenly.
• microUSB breakout for power (https://www.adafruit.com/product/1833, https://www.sparkfun.com/products/12035).
• M2 x 10mm bolts (2), M2 x 20mm bolts (4), M2 hexnuts (6)
• Resistor of appropriate value (Use http://ledcalc.com with the parameters from your sourced LED, voltage source @ 5V). Make sure your circuit doesn't go over the max allowed USB current (recommended 100 mA, absolute max 500 mA).
• USB cable and charger.

Instructions:

Print 5 custom lithophanes, using your own image and the specified size/settings.  

Print all 6 components of lithobox. Suggested settings:

• all at 0.1 mm layer thickness  
• use brim to prevent warping  
• lithobox-mount and lithobox-clamp with supports. Won't be pretty, but it's internal so it doesn't matter too much.  
• optional to save filament: print both lithobox-bottom parts without a bottom layer
