The design of this model requires a few extra steps, but I promise it's not hard at all!
Fits Park Tool Bicycle Stands with a 37mm main support pole (round).
4x - M3 x 15mm Allen Head Screws
4x - M3 x 6mm x 5mm Brass Threaded Inserts
(Amazon Link to Inserts I Used)
2x - Small Pieces of Thin Rubber (an old bicycle inner tube works great!)
While it may not be completely necessary, the tray in the images was printed with modifier cubes surrounding the clamp screw insert bosses (see slicer screenshot). The settings were modified to Rectilinear Infill (100%) in those areas.
Once all the parts are printed, simply press the threaded inserts into the clamp screw bosses (on the tray piece) with a hot soldering iron and you're ready to mount it on your stand! To prevent the tray from moving, the two small pieces of rubber can be placed between the plastic parts and the metal pole. Leaving them out will allow the tray to be pivoted while in use. Your choice 🙂
