I have slightly remixed the case and added ventilation holes on both sides and modified the lid, which is now a 3 mm taller. This gives the chip more air to cool (before the lid was directly on the chip) and the hole for USB is larger.
Works great with ESP32-WROOM-32U.

The case is nice, but how do you get the wifi antenna cable to go to the bottom? There is no clearance.
Hi @KalpikNigam_1526507, sorry for late response. The case is slightly longer than the board so there is a space for the cable. It should be visible on included photos.
