Core XY 3D Printer (Railcore II derived) - Fusion 360

This Core XY design is based on the Open Source RailCore II project ( https://RailCore.org ) with a number of modifications, including:

2020 Extrusions (1515 is standard)
Aluminum Bottom Plate
Billet corner bracing
Billet X Carriages
Billet A/B Motor Mounts
Billet Idler Pulley Mounts 
Billet Z Carriages 
Leadscrew Support Bearings (not really needed)
Thrust Bearings on leadscrews
Stacked Idler Pulleys

Most of the parts listed could be printed even though I machined them out of aluminum for my printer.  This was my first 3D printer build (first 3D printer, period) and found it pretty easy to put together.  It has been in almost daily use for the past two years with absolutely no problems that were not operator induced.

I should add that not all parts listed in my build are 100% compatible with the official kit.  This is due to the fact that I used larger extrusions and the reason I had to re-design many of the parts.
