To make this model you'd need
1x 2020 472mm (X EVA)
1x 3030 470mm (electronics panel middle Z)
3x 3030 490mm (electronics panel X, one frame X (rear, middle, for the XY Motor Assemblies)
4x 3060 490mm (all other frame X, I added a 5th on top middle for hanging stuff)
6x 3060 555mm (all frame Y)
2x 3060 500mm (electronics panel Z)
4x 3060 1000mm (whole frame Z)
the EVA toolhead is so big, make your Y 5mm larger, my Y is now 345mm instead of 350 (with the mentioned 555mm extrusions, best use 560mm then, unsure what this does to your Y rails length needs…)
2x Linear Rail - MGN12 400mm + MGN12C carriage (Y)
4x Linear Rail - MGN12 450mm + MGN12C carriage (Z and X)
3x Lead Screw - TR8*4 Metric Acme Lead Screw - 480mm (cut to ~430mm)
1x 379x379x8mm bed (or 6mm if u want)
1x 350x350 Keenovo fused bed heater
1x 350x350 Pei print plate with magnetic sticker
differently than the regular BOM https://v-core.ratrig.com/bom/
in the models/pics I made a mistake and made the 6 side extrusions 30mm too short. the above BOM is corrected (from 525.25mm now 555mm), but please double check for yourself as well, cause I may have made some more mistakes. If you find one let me know so I can correct this page. Another mistake: the rear middle X extrusion needs to also be 3030 not 3060, the count/BOM above is corrected to include this.
Print the models in 1:10 scale just for fun ;-)
lead_screw_motor_cage_front_3.1-3060d.stl may need some filing to fit in your extrusions. Print as is for right side, mirror for left side.
All extrusions self drilled and tapped, so no corner brackets or joiner plates, making some panels very different also.
621x616x1003 mm total (including panels, excluding panel grips)
Enclosure Panels are included as stl and dxf, but please double check m for yourself.
If you don't want a 100mm round outlet on the left panel, just use the right side panel twice, the rectangular gap is 45x500mm, overlapping the electronics panel a little. The front panel overlaps both sides and top, side panels overlap top, all panels should therefor be flush.
