I redesigned the original lack enclosure design so it would be more robust and sturdy in order to stack 2 enclosures with 1 bottom shelf.  I also created a spool holder inside of the enclosure that works with the removable injection molded arm originally on the Prusa spool holder. Build instructions are below.

BUILD INSTRUCTIONS:

Here is the original lack design so you get an idea of how this would go: https://blog.prusa3d.com/cheap-simple-3d-printer-enclosure_7785/

First, cut two sets of IKEA lack table legs down to 10 inches (254mm). The legs are hollow, so be careful cutting. The “lack_enclosure_interior leg support” and “lack_enclosure_foot” will provide support inside of the hollow legs.

Attach the 3D printed top corner pieces to the bottom of one IKEA lack table with 14x2" screws. Secure the legs into the corner pieces with 12x3/4" screws. Slide the plexiglass sheets into the corner slots and hinge pieces. Attach the 3D printed bottom corner pieces to the top of a second IKEA lack table with 14x2" screws (make sure that the bottom corner piece with a hole for cables is on the back left side in the final table orientation). Align the bottom table with the legs and plexiglass of the top table and secure to the legs with 12x3/4" screws.

Repeat the step by attaching 3D printed top corner pieces to the bottom of the second IKEA lack table with 14x2" screws. Slide the plexiglass sheets into the corner slots and hinge pieces on the bottom of the second table. Attach the 3D printed bottom corner pieces to the top of a third IKEA lack table with 14x2" screws (make sure that the bottom corner piece with a hole for cables is on the back left side in the final table orientation). Align the third table with the legs and plexiglass of the second table and secure to the legs with 12x3/4" screws.

With the double sided screws provided by IKEA, attach one of the sets of shorter legs to the bottom of the third table. Use the leg supports to secure each leg with 12x3/4" screws. Place the “lack_enclosure_interior leg support” just inside the bottom opening of each leg.

Use the double sided screws provided by IKEA to attach the remaining set of shorter legs to bottom of the last table (this table is separate from the enclosures). Use the leg supports to secure each leg using 12x3/4" screws. Place a “lack_enclosure_foot” inside the bottom opening of each leg. Turn the last table right side up and secure the “lack_enclosure_table connector” to the last table with 12x3/4" screws (you should see “TOP” in the correct orientation).

Turn the stacked enclosures right side up and align the four shorter legs on the bottom of the enclosures with the “lack_enclosure_table connecter” pieces on the bottom table. Secure with 12x3/4" screws.
