Filament Stand for Table or Shelf

I couldn't find any models to store filament on a table or desk easily. I don't have any extra wall space, but my workbench for my printers has a nice raised “shelf” that I can use to store filament. This uses ¾" wooden dowels that can be attached with a #6 screw from the bottom, and then the entire fixture fan be rigidly attached to the table, or in my case, shelf with #6 screws from the top.
