So cool!

A lot less flexible than the last NASA hexmail model I printed, but I specifically printed this one because it is stronger (the previous model I found and printed broke for at least two-three people I gifted a print to)
This one is far more robust and I expect it to last a lot longer.
Shown acting as a launchpad for a massively scaled up fidget rocket toy.
Printed well. I think the d9 is slightly too small to play around with but works perfectly as a coaster. I'll be trying a larger print next.
pretty cool print,
Printed a whole bunch to make a base for LARP armour. Prints really well, slightly on the heavier side, but behaves almost like fabric. (edited)
That looks fantastic! Did it all link together? I just saw this shown on the main page so I saw this before even looking at the file specs, and it looked like a massive shirt.
You need additional link pieces for that: https://www.printables.com/model/724656-nasa-chainmail-hex-connector-for-both-fdm-optimise
Iridescent blue PLA for the first two layers, metallic blue PLA Pro for the rest.
