I recently added a Micro Swiss NG to my Ender 3 V2.  I am going a reverse bowden route, with the eventual goal of printing some more hydroscopic filaments.  So i purchased a Sunlu S2 filament dryer and used my long Capricorn tube to feed from the dryer all the way to the NG.

There was an exising wedge out on thingiverse, but the angle was all wrong.  It forced a sharp 90 turn to follow the filament path on the roll.  So I modified the existing model in blender (just rotated the entire internal fitting surfaces) and now the Capricorn tubing slides right along the filament roll with no bends at all.

My setup creates a completely enclosed path for the filament.  Loading the filament into the extruder is easy.  Heat the print head, push the filament all the way till it stops.  Command the extruder to extrude a good amount of filament, and then push the filament further into the tube.

Pulling it out is a little more challenging.  I command a long retraction and pull the filament at the other end, while holding the wedge.  Having another person squeeze the extruder arm on the NG, while you pull is also another possibility.
