I don't expect anyone to actually make this thing but at least the dimensions are correct.
The drive fits in easily and stays in place even without the top part -which is purely decorative-.
This SATA to micro-B connector was scrapped from a random drive some time ago and I don't remember where from :/
The chip seems old so, it is probably discontinued now. I have found its big sister tho.
