This was made in like 15 minutes in photoshop then exported to tinkercad.
I've tested it with Frontline Foam's and Spectre's M79 barrel adapters with Monkee mods threaded jet blaster barrels, and both work fine.
I intentionally made the sides slightly wider, so it must be sanded down a little bit so it will friction fit into the barrel shroud. Changing the barrel stabilizer size will make the barrel fit loosely or too tight, so it is recommended to print at its current size.
The image with 2 stabilizers shows the left one with has just been printed and the one on the left is filed down to fit, only takes a few minutes to file then test fit and make adjustments until it fits.
It is thin so it has a little bit of flex, but I haven't tried it in the heat so it may deform or soften while playing with prolonged exposure to the sun. You can make it thicker if you want, just more work to get it to fit.
If you need to remove the stabilizer either push a thin pick or rod in the M-LOK holes or unthread the adapter and barrel, then slide it and tap it out like a slide hammer.
