In order to properly calibrate the purging/flushing volumes, I took the original file, set the color change point to be at the bottom of the tower, and followed the instructions in the original thingiverse description to get the color changes in the best order.

Before printing, confirm all your flushing values are set to 0.
Post printing, measure from the base until you get a clean color for your tower.   1mm = 20, 5mm=100.   The top of the model snaps off easily and should be a clean color so you can match the color up the tower to see where it matches best.

The Base is your FROM color, the Tower is your TO color in Studio.
