My plastic roller eventually wore out and developed a gash in it and no longer worked. This is my second attempt at designing a roller, the first one was very basic and lacked the bevels and intricacies of the original. That one eventually wore out due to the surface scraping instead of having the original design that likely reduces wear.
My original design I did in Blender using CAD Sketcher, but this updated one was designed in Alibre Design.
I have printed this one in ABS to hopefully give it a little more strength, I did 50% infill since I wanted to avoid as much problems as possible. Print with the flat side down, it shouldn't matter if one side is not very clean, as it is more of a functional print.

At least on my sliding doors, once it pops in, it stays in place. It is very hard to pop out (even the original one on the other door is like this).
