ESP32 Case for External Antenna

ESP32 Case for the model with external antenna.

I made a longer version so i could manage the cable of the UFL Connector to the antenna.

I relocated the pin holes. The original didn't fit to my esp32 ext antenna version.

The mounting hole is added for the SMA Through Connector.
