These are just some parts I created for a high-speed Cartesian 3D printer project I'm working on and are mostly just a way for me to teach myself FreeCAD.
The parts are loosely based on this design...
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3082931
but built from scratch in FreeCAD.
The X_Motor_Mount to X rail, Z_Carriage to X rail, X_Idler_Carrier to X rail, and Z_Nut_Carrier to Z_Carriage mount all use M6x12 screws tapped into the plastic pieces.
The holes in the Z_Carriage for the Z_Nut_Carrier mount are tapped, but not the holes in the Z_Nut_Carrier itself.
The X_Idler_Carrier idler is a 20T GT2 pulley with a 5mm bore, using a M5x30 (could be a M5x20, I just used what I had) tapped into the bottom hole.
The Nema23_Y_Motor_Mount_V2 and Y-Idler_Mount are mounted to the extrusion using M5x10 screws with hammer nuts.
The Y-Idler_Mount pulley holes are sized for an M3x20 screw.
The Z_Carriage wheels are standard 15.3mm mini V-wheels using standard 6mm spacers in front and eccentric spacers on the rear. All mounted with M5x30 screws.
You can use the Y_Motor_Mount_V2 for an extruder motor mount as well by adding the 15mm_Nema23-Nema17_Extruder_Plate. M5x25 screws secure motor to plate through motor mount (thread into plate). Attach Nema17 extruder gearing to plate with M3x10 screws threaded into plate.
I just thought I would post these up in case someone else wants to use them.
