Like the original, it's a modular, stackable shoe rack that you can customize to any combination that you like. I've attached pictures of a couple of different ways that I've built it so far.
The 5/8" dowels fit tightly enough that the two sides hold together securely. The pieces are connected vertically by the same dowels - most of the connectors I cut at 2" long, though the ones connecting the feet need to be slightly smaller (sorry I didn't measure those!).
Intended to be printed lying flat; the horizontal holes are slightly larger, which I found to be really helpful in getting the dowels to slide in without a mallet.
