Here are the files for my Folding Chess Board.
This was designed in collaboration with Chris Russell
@Crussty on the Twitters
It was specifically designed with printing on the Prusa Mini in mind,
all parts can be printed on the Mini then simply assembled into a foldable Chess Board.
I hope you enjoy.
Thanks

P.S - The chess pieces shown in the example image are by the great Loubie3D.
First print parts 1, 2, 3, 4, the Secondary Hinge and the Hinge Locks in your chosen "Dark" Colour.
Part 1 can then be attached to Part 2 by sliding a length of filament inside the hinge with a small amount of Glue at each end to act as the Hinge Pin.
Then do the same to attach part 3 to 4.
Note:- if you would rather a Metal pin a suitable Wire could be used with a short piece of filament to act as end stops.
then flip over both assemblies and insert the Secondary hinge to attach them together, this is then secured by gluing in the 4 x Hinge Locks, please note that one face of the hinge lock has a slight scoop out of it, this is to be fitted towards the hinge.
Note:- Please take care when gluing in the Hinge locks to not get any glue on the hinge or it will fuse together.
Finally print the white parts and glue them into position taking care to place the flat of edge of the 8 "White-Hinge" Tiles towards the primary hinge,
the rest should fit anywhere.
Enjoy
