"broom" handle connector (small/narrow)

This is actually for a poop scoop and rake, but the concept is the same.

These handles are pretty narrow so not sure this would work for other applications. Here are the custom measurements I used in TinkerCAD, just for reference:

22.85mm inner circle diameter

28.34mm outer circle diameter

6mm x 12mm connection between circles

and then I did a bunch of fiddly stuff in TinkerCAD to make it look exactly how I wanted with the lips and curves and whatnot.
