A couple different fonts of the number '9'. I may add more, but for now, it's just a straight up and down '9' and a '9' with a slant instead of a curve. I've included various sizes and versions which both have the hole cut out, or just the outline.
NOTE: PLA is food safe, however, for your awareness, be advised: brass print nozzles may contain small amounts of lead (which is not food safe). The ridges in 3d printing can capture bacteria which can be harmful when transferred to food items. Also consider coating this in a food-safe coating or use over some plastic wrap or something.
I personally consider 3d printed cookie cutters a "single-use" item for food, then they are relegated to my daughter's play-doh adventures. :D
