No chimney MMU2S mod. super easy fs calibration (remix)

Fredrik did a great job designing this, but for my Prusa I edited the fs-cover so the genuine threaded inserts fits into it.

Also I merged the adapter with the fs-cover and replaced the filament path with the path of the original adapter.
