The widest diameter of my pen, where it flairs out towards the nib, is just shy of 12mm. The 12mm hole keeps the pen sturdy in the upright position.

The top, cone part twists off & on from the base with the help of the indentations. I printed the top part upside down with a brim in PLA, see photo. When attaching the top, cone part to the base, place your nib remover tool towards the center of the base, as shown, so the top cone doesn't contact it along the sides. The nibs will be fine anywhere as long as they're all not stacked on top of each other along the side of the base.

Note:  The make of my tablet & pen is a Ugee. If your pen has a wider diameter towards the nib end of the pen, you can always add a “negative volume cylinder” in PrusaSlicer to widen the hole. See the photo of my “Pen Hole Dimensions”. I don't think you would want to go much deeper than the 17mm, but it may be less, depending where the buttons on your pen are.

2nd Note: In the two “Base” files there are 2 triangles that show up and for some reason I can't get rid of them. However, after slicing they disappeared and printed just fine.
