London pattern file handle

I recommend printing in PETG or another high strength low brittleness material. PLA may be fine but it also may shatter if dropped/used hard.

To insert the file into the handle I typically warm the file with my heat gun to just above the melting point of the plastic being used. You may need to drill a larger hole depending on the tool to be inserted.

Infill or shells may need to be increased if to be used with a tool that may see more abuse.
