The holder for my Fenix HL30 headlamp started to crumble down, so I made a new holder for it. It is not in any way an exact replica of the original holder, but it does the job. I also added 2 button covers, so the light doesn't gets accidentally turned on anymore.
Printed in PLA with 0.4mm nozzle at 0.12mm layer height, 100% infill, wich got me a printing time of about 2hrs and 15 min.
After printing it is best to clean the 2 pivot-points with a 3mm drill.
