Voron V2 Exhaust Fan Solid Plate with Bowden/PG7/Thermistor

I wanted to mount my chamber thermistor at the top rear of the build space of my Voron V2. I also installed a CAN Bus toolhead with an umbilical cable, as well as a Nevermore Micro Duo V5, and removed the rear exhaust fan.

This exhaust fan grill plate remix makes the plate solid, and adds ports for the reverse bowden tube (on top), a PG7 thread for a gland or M12 aviation connector (middle), and a mount point for a 3mm thermistor head (mine is a Generic 3950).
