The honeycomb of my K50 laser is not fixed. If I accidently push it accidently accidentally, the position for the next job does not fit anymore.
I made some mounting frames to fixing the honeycomb.
Design is easy:
The mounting frames in the back and on both sides are juts screwed with 2 x M6 screws to the working table and slottet holes allows the positioning of the honeycomb.
For the front this solution does not fit and I added a M6 nut for a set screw to press against the honeycomb.
For all the mounting frames I made some drill jigs to be sure that they will fit.
