Optimal settings:

  • To install 6x2mm magnets, add a Pause in your slicer at the beginning of the layer where the magnet holes start to get covered - see picture below
  • Single external perimeter of 0.8mm with 0.4-0.6mm nozzle
  • Arachne Perimeter Generator if you have it. Otherwise enable Detect Thin Walls
  • Infill: 1%  (Infill isn't necessary but Prusa slicer doesn't bridge in some key areas if the infill is zero)
  • Prusa Mini: disable the skirt to fit a 4x4 plate
  • For edge pieces the protruding snaps can be removed using the cutting tools in your slicer

Each protruding snap has a built in support that needs to be removed after printing

Connecting a tile into a corner will be difficult, so connect tiles together in strings and then connect the strings together
