Ikea Skadis Chisel and File Holders

The Skadis Chisel and File Holders are an addition to the Skadis Universal hook collection by CSD Salzburg. In order to use it, two Universal Hooks need to be printed as well.

I added a version for 5mm diameters (e.g. small files), 10mm diameter (e.g. medium tools) and 15mm diameter (e.g. chisels)
