Skin only tools are nice and cheap, but I also like having somewhere safe to put them and their associated tools. This is a box for an 18v Makita Router (with dust shroud installed), with full access to the tools and spare trim plate, and holders for 4x 1/4 router bits and 2x 3/8 router bits.

The latch mechanism and hinges are single prints with 0.2mm clearance, so you'll want to be sure your printer is dialled in.

Requires 4x 16mm m4 nuts and bolts and 8x 12mm m3 nuts and bolts.

Update 24/10/17: Now includes some handle-y goodness. Handle folds down so that the box is still flat topped for storage. Requires 4x m4 nuts and bolts. Handle is divided into 3 components. I superglued them together to stop them separating, but the glue won't be load bearing.

Update 03/06/23: added STP file and fixed some bad surfaces.
