I need very short screw driver when I have to access sewing machine bobin space for cleaning or when I am adjusting hook timing on a different sewing machines. The smallest one I have is a bit bigger than this one. According to my oppinion, this solution is better than Singer's ā€˜Lā€™ shaped plate screw driver.

For much more torque, I used to use bits with ratchet, as this one here

I have added two variants of this model.

  1. Bits holder for permanent installation, file: Short handle for 0,25 inch bits_tight. Just press in a desired screw bit in the holder.
  2. Bit holder for excangable bits with magnet, file: Short handle for 0,25 inch bits_loose_v1.1. If you wish to change bits, this version is more useful. In this case, you need a neodymium magnet DIA 8-10 mm x 5 mm (max). A countersunk screw M4x12mm. Screw it in its hole. The magnet compartment hole may be closed with glue gun. The screw here is needed for strength and magnet field transfer to the bits for holding them in place.

I have sliced for PETG with 30% infill for strength. Model files are included. Print support is not needed.

The version with installed magnet is possible to place on vertical steel surface, as one of my picture shows.

A little longer version of this handle for double sided screwdriver bits is here
