For best detail, print at a low layer height, 0.05 to 0.1 should work. Higher infill density will be needed as low-micron layers have a hard time bridging the gap and creating a clean solid infill layer. The turret is forgiving with this, I was able to use 20% cubic, but for the chassis, I had to change to 45% Aligned Rectilinear. GCode Files with tired-and-true settings are attached.
Use adaptive layer height for the cylinder below the turret. Bump it up to 0.25 layer height, this will save you 45min print time. Have fun!
