This is a set of Mk4 upgrade parts for the 3DChameleon Mk2/Mk3 that allow the PTFE tubes to be gripped and held in place without the need for using the brass compression fittings.
There are 5 models in this, the A+, B+ and C+ parts (which you will need two of each), a PTFE tube cutting template to allow you to use a razor blade to cut the notches into the PTFE tubes as well as the bearing carriers, of which you'll need 8. Print at .2mm layer height, 100% infill using either PLA or PETG.
Please note, the A+, B+ and C+ parts should all be printed together on the same build plate in the same orientation to maintain their tolerances with each other.
Follow the 4 step process images for each tube.
1) Insert PTFE tube into template all the way to the grip
2) Cut away PTFE notches using a utility knife
3) Trim PTFE Tube Length to the end of the template
4) Insert into the C+ part and clamp with the B+ part.
(I've also added the older Mk3.1 B+ and C+ parts for those that want to retain the brass ferrules for the PTFE tubes.)
