This is a button cover for the Sony WF-C500 earbuds. The cover fits over the existing button and prevents accidental presses, while still allowing it to be pressed with your finger. I used small strips of 3M double face clear tape to hold it in place. It works surprisingly well, and will still fit in the case with these thin covers.
Layer height: .15mm Quality
Material: PLA (Hatchbox black)
Infill: 100% (although, it's a single layer print) you could try vase mode, but I printed it normally
Brim: Yes
Supports: None were needed
Print orientation: Print with the wider opening on the top
Installation placement instructions: There is a oval shaped notch/hole on the earbuds. Place the covers so that notch is just slightly above this oval shaped cutout on the earbuds. The covers should be very close and almost cover this cutout. The charging light on the opposite side of the buds (and opposite side of the notch) will just be visible. It looks like it will cover it, but the light still shows.
Attachment method: I used Scotch 3M clear permanent double faced tape. Cut it into small short strips and placed them around the perimeter of the earbuds. They hold the covers in place rather well. The covers also make it easier to remove the earbuds from the case. It would be nice if I could find a removable glue that would also work.
