Baby Tube Feeding Feeder Replacement Stand

Family member asked me to design a replacement part for something they broke. Bottom has mounting points with 20.3x7.5mm holes, 36.8mm apart horizontally, 27.2mm apart vertically. Top part has a hole to screw in the baby feeder via the back.
