For the back to screw on, I used M2x12 screws.  You should be able to drill out the holes and use M3's if that is all you have. In the lid, use an 2.5mm drill bit, then the M3 bolt can self tap if you don't have screws.

I then use a 90deg USB-C adapter to make wire management better.

PRINTING:

I printed in Polymaker ASA - so if you print in PLA/PETG, fit might be a bit different (ASA/ABS shrinks a little).
